All order will take 0-2 days to be processed before being dispatched. Weekends are not included in the delivery times and the they are also estimates from the shipping services so orders are not guaranteed to arrive within those times.

If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to return/exchange something then please contact us and you will be given instructions of how to do this. Please be aware that you are only eligible for a refund/exchange if the package has remained sealed and unopened.

If you would like to cancel your order, please message us quickly to avoid your item being dispatched as it would already be on its way to you. If you would still like to cancel, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and the package must remain sealed and unopened as you would no longer be eligible for a refund.
